This is a set of small format paintings 120x160mm on ply panels.
They are done as explorations or sketches without much planning. The aim was to re-evaluate what direction my painting might take and formed part of and investigation in to subject and process. I was starting to look at spray and other paint application processes as well as other masking and stenciling techniques.
