These photographic works are selected from a series developed as an exploration of how we associate with different types of room. Each photograph is is of a model space built out of cardboard, foam board or other simple material. Some of the rooms are taken form photographs found in architecture books, others use an idealised memory of past places others are just imagined.
I was interested in the idea of virtual travel and how a place and its architecture become universal or all the same.
